In this episode Rach and I explore how changes to your appearance during puberty can affect you both mentally and physically in adulthood. I talk about what it was like becoming very hairy at a very young age and Rachel chats about developing early and her half half experience of puberty.
Special guest this week is former beauty editor and host of The Emma Guns Show, Emma Gunavardhana. Emma talks incredibly honestly and openly about how developing Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome during puberty has led to an adulthood filled with insecurity, self-doubt and bouts of depression and how a hormone Dr has finally helped her to come to terms with some of the symptoms.
We review some wonder products that we wish had been available during our puberties but that still very much come in handy today and I also reveal how I finally got rid of my excess hair.
