What I love about Shabir is that he is well informed, balanced and always looks at the whole picture. He is a man that I trust and have sought advice from a number of times in the past.

I believe you can also get a lot of them in Whole Foods and certain health food stores. I personally don’t buy supplements on Amazon as I like to know that they have been sourced and stored correctly but I’m quite neurotic ;0)

20’s:

Multivitamin:

Vegans should take Living Multinutrient Complex

If you have difficulty swallowing take Source of Life Liquid Gold

Fish oil:

Lion Heart Fish oil

Vegan version: Echoimega

Probiotic: Mega Probiotic ND

30’s:

Multivitamins and Omega 3’s as above

If conceiving DO NOT take Alive multivitamins as they contain Vitamin A. Instead take Food Grown Fertility.

Once pregnant take Food Grown Pregnancy

Mega Probiotic ND

If you have anaemia: Iron Daily Oral Spray

PMS/Anxiety: Magnesium and Saffron

40’s

Multivitamiun and Omega 3’s as above

Mega Probiotic ND

Sage Complex Capsules to help with perimenopause

If family history of osteoporosis: Bone Restore by life extension

Magnolia Rhodolia: help with declining levels of female hormones

50’s:

Same regimen as 40’s

Post menopause give up sage complex and also bone restore if you have had a dexa scan and all seems well

Incorporate a digestive enzyme such as Enhanced Super Digestive Enzymes

Post menopause anxiety: Magnolia Rhodolia Complex

Get vit B12 levels checked. If deficient: B12 Boost Spray

60’s and beyond:
